Double Room in Sociable Professional House Share

We’re looking for a friendly, like-minded professional to join our home in North Kensington from 1st November.

You’ll be living with me, Tom (23), and my sister Georgie (27). We’re both working professionals, outgoing and adventurous, and enjoy keeping active, playing sport, travelling, exploring London and socialising with friends.

We’re looking for someone with a similar outlook who wants a relaxed, sociable home rather than simply somewhere to sleep. We enjoy having a laugh and doing things together, while respecting each other’s space and independence.

The room and house

* Double room in a two-bedroom terraced house on Kilravock Street, North Kensington (W10).
* Shared kitchen, bathroom and living spaces.
* Available from 1st November.

Who we’re looking for

Ideally, you’ll be a working professional in your 20s or 30s who is friendly, considerate and easy-going. It would be great if you enjoy sport, the outdoors, travelling or generally making the most of your free time.

One important point: we’re both out at work during the day and would ideally like someone who also works primarily away from home. We’re not looking for someone who works from home full-time, as we want to maintain a good balance in the shared space.

Ultimately, we’d love to find someone who fits in naturally, is happy to socialise from time to time and helps make the house a great place to live.
