If you wish to use Ealing Broadway Tube there is a bus stop outside the house ( five minute journey ) .The playing of music through speakers is prohibited . Minimum six month let . The rent includes the services of a cleaner who cleans the communal area on a regular basis. If you are a car owner you will need to purchase a residents parking permit . Kitchen is small but has two fridges and a microwave , Council tax is included in the rent ( band E )
