You will have the whole top floor of our semi-detached period townhouse which has recently been fully refurbished to a high standard.

The new kitchen has fresh appliances, new flooring and plenty of storage space.

The adjoining bathroom has also been newly updated with fresh tiling and a high-spec, walk-in shower.

We’re a professional young family (couple and 2 children) based in the bottom part of the house and although the studio is equipped for full independence, we’re hoping to rent the room to a tenant that can become a great addition to our home.

Includes all bills including internet, gas and electric and council tax. The room is not available to couples.
