Room has big bay window overlooking quiet tree-lined street. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. TV aerial point. En-suite shower room/WC. Space for small desk if needed. The room is a very private space.

Access to pleasant downstairs sitting room with TV (Sky etc), use of large family kitchen for fridge and light meal prep/eating. Access to lovely back garden subject to owners' activities. Rent includes all bills (inc. Band G council tax and high-speed broadband).

This is strictly Monday-Friday only for ONE professional person; no smokers, absolutely no pets, no overnight guests. Would not suit night shift workers as owners often work from home during the day. Car parking in street outside but note CPZ Mon-Fri (permit c£200 pa).

Two Piccadilly line tube stations and two Elizabeth line stations within 10-18 min walk; Central District line 18 mins; also mainline <20 mins. West End/City/Heathrow 20 mins via Piccadilly, Elizabeth and Central line. Good access both M4 and M40 (about equidistant). Small high street within 5 min, major shopping area 10-15 mins, gyms, pubs, restaurants etc. Two lovely parks within a 5 minute walk.
