My flatmate is moving on to greener pastures (Islington), so I have a room available.
It's a double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space, and is half furnished. There's plenty of sunlight throughout the flat, and the living room is nice and spacious too.
The flat is right by Northfields Station (Piccadilly line), so it's only a 1-2 minute walk!
The street has plenty of nice independent coffee houses on the street and is very close to Lammas park too.
Ideally I’d like someone who is sociable and likes to sit down in front of the TV, as well as go out sometimes. Having said that, we would also respect each other’s privacy of course.
