Hi there!

I'm looking for someone tidy and clean to take over my flat mate's room in a beautiful Northfields home, as she'll be moving on.

The room itself is bright and spacious, with a proper double bed and brilliant built-in storage - a full wall of fitted wardrobes plus a built-in desk with drawers, so there's genuinely no need to bring much furniture of your own. The window looks out over leafy trees and the room gets lovely natural light through the day.

The rest of the house is just as special. The living room has real character - record player and vinyl collection, cosy string lighting, a reading nook, and big bookshelves, the kind of space made for evenings in, not just somewhere to pass through. There's a separate dining table for meals, a well-equipped kitchen with a gas hob, sink under a window, and generous counter space, and a bright, modern bathroom with a full bath and a heated towel rail.

My favourite part is the garden a private, fully-fenced patio with a shed, a mature tree for shade, and room for a table and chairs. It's fully usable right now, no waiting around for renovations to finish.

The location is excellent: about a 5-minute walk to Northfields station (Piccadilly line), with fast, direct links into central London and around 30 minutes out to Heathrow. Good bus routes run nearby too. Northfields itself is a genuinely lovely, quiet corner of Ealing locals consistently point to it as one of the calmer, safer pockets of the borough with both Lammas Park and Walpole Park an easy walk away for green space.

A lot of love has gone into making this house feel like a home rather than just somewhere to crash, and I'd really like to hand it over to someone who'll feel the same way about it.

If you're interested, do get in touch with a little about yourself so we can see if you'd be a good fit for the house.

I am currently a student in engineering, who is into cars/music/coffee/photography. My housemate and I have enjoyed many evenings of crafting, movies, reading while debriefing the events of our day. Hoping to find someone who shares that calm energy and contributes to the domestic upkeep.

Move-in date: 27/09/2026 Rent: £1,100 pcm, bills not included (approx. £90 if you are a student too! council tax is about £134 on top if you are not.)

Looking forward to hearing from you!
