I’m posting on behalf of my current flatmate, who is looking for two friendly, clean and respectful working professionals to join him in our lovely flat.

We’re moving back to our home country, so we’re helping him find new flatmates who will enjoy living here as much as we have!

The flat is just 3 minutes’ walk from Northfields Station, in a lovely and convenient neighbourhood.

💷 Rent & Availability

* Smaller double room – £750 per month
* Larger double room – £850 per month
* All bills included, including cleaning and household hygiene products
* Deposit: One month’s rent
* Available from 15th December (moving in 2–3 days earlier may be possible, depending on circumstances)
* Rent is payable on the 10th of every month
* Both rooms are for single occupancy.

🏡 About the Flat

The flat has three rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The entrance is through a large terrace, which we share with three other apartments.

The neighbours are wonderful, and there’s a really friendly atmosphere. During the summer, there are opportunities to enjoy BBQs and socialise together.

The flat is fully equipped with a washing machine, fridge, toaster, kettle, oven, dishwasher and microwave.

A cozy, fully furnished room with:

* Double bed with two storage drawers
* Two wardrobes
* Large chest of drawers
* Two bedside tables
* Dressing table

🛏️ Larger Double Room – £850

A spacious, fully furnished room with:

* Very comfortable sofa bed (used as a bed)
* Additional sofa
* Coffee table
* Large table with four chairs
* Two wardrobes
* Large chest of drawers
* Bookshelf

🌿 About Your Future Flatmate

You’ll be sharing the flat with a friendly and considerate working professional.

He works hard during the week and enjoys relaxing and unwinding on weekends. He also likes socialising from time to time, sharing dinners, having a chat or enjoying a Netflix evening.

He’s looking for like-minded working professionals who appreciate a clean, tidy and organised home.

Ideally, someone friendly, easy-going and respectful of other people’s space and privacy.

He’s looking for people who will treat the flat as their own home, take care of shared spaces and enjoy living together in a relaxed, friendly and positive atmosphere.

It’s important to him to find the right balance between enjoying each other’s company and respecting everyone’s personal space and quiet time.

The flat is just 3 minutes’ walk from Northfields Station, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and local shops nearby, including Sainsbury’s and Tesco.

* Weekdays: From 6:00 pm
* Weekends: From approximately 2:00–3:00 pm onwards
