I have a double room with a double bed available to rent in Norwood Junction.

The house is my home, and I take pride in keeping it clean, tidy and organised. I’m looking for someone who feels the same way and is happy to clean up after themselves and respect shared spaces.

This is not a party house. Both flatmates work full-time, so we’re looking for someone who wants a calm, friendly and respectful home where everyone can relax and unwind after work.

The house has:

A lovely back garden with a BBQ
A garage, which can be used for additional storage if needed
Gated off-street parking, with a space available if you have a car
A clean and well-maintained shared home

The room:

Double bedroom with double bed
Single occupancy only
No couples
The room is strictly for one person

Norwood Junction station is around 6 minutes' walk from the house, with excellent connections into London:

London Bridge – around 15 minutes
Blackfriars – around 18 minutes
King’s Cross – around 27 minutes
Canada Water – around 20 minutes, making it particularly convenient if you work in Canary Wharf

Sainsbury’s Express - Less than a minute from the house

A gym, less than 5 minutes' walk away

Bills are included, apart from £45 every 10 days towards the cleaner. This is a fixed contribution and is not negotiable.
