The room features a single bed in a double room, a basic wardrobe, and your own personal fridge.

You’ll share the kitchen and shower room with two other male lodgers.

The flat is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from Norwood Junction Station, offering access to both National Rail and the London Overground. Excellent transport links include:

* London Bridge – approximately 15 minutes
* Victoria – approximately 35 minutes
* East Croydon – approximately 5 minutes

The room is on the second floor and would suit someone with a minimalist lifestyle, as the flat is compact but cosy.

All bills are included.
