The room is bright and sun-filled, with a double bed with under-bed storage, a double wardrobe and a desk – ideal for anyone who works from home.

A Little About Us
We’re a gay couple who have been together for 25 years. We both work full-time, sometimes from home but mostly office-based.

We’re a relaxed, easy-going couple who enjoy quiet evenings at home, cooking dinner and catching up on TV (we love a good thriller!). Weekends tend to be busier, as we’re both sociable and enjoy getting out and about.

Our Ideal Housemate
We’re looking for a like-minded, open-minded and considerate person who would enjoy sharing our home and becoming part of its easy-going atmosphere.
LGBTQ+ people and allies are equally welcome.

We value mutual respect, a friendly approach and a good balance between having our own space and enjoying a chat or a bit of company. We’re keen to find someone who will feel comfortable here and treat the house as a home, rather than simply somewhere to sleep.

The House
A beautiful, contemporary home with an open-plan lounge and kitchen, plus a fabulous garden and garden-bar to enjoy.

We only rent out one room, so you’ll be sharing with just the two of us… and our little dog!

Free on-street parking is available.

Our Resident Dog
We have a small, friendly, hypoallergenic Cavapoochon who is very well-behaved. As he’s used to being the only pet in the house, we’re ideally looking for a housemate without pets.

Rental Details
All bills included, including council tax.

• Flexible terms: Short- or long-term stays, with a minimum of three months.
• Seven days or Monday–Friday: We’re happy to consider either option, with a reduced rate available for Monday-to-Friday lets. Please enquire for details.
