SINGLE BEDROOM:
On 1st first floor, with a south-west facing double window looking out into the back garden. Comes furnished with a single bed, a table/chair and a built-in wardrobe.

To SHARE: A spacious kitchen, living room, and a patio at the back to share. With the use of the usual washing machine, dishwasher, and a fast 100mb broadband. The rent is all-inclusive! AND, there is no TV in the house!

TRANSPORT CONNECTIONS: Norwood Junction is connected with the London Overground, fast trains to London Bridge take only 11 mins, and Victoria station. Woodside Tramlink just ten minutes to the south of the residence and numerous buses.

LOOKING FOR: Whatever your gender or sexuality, the desirable quality is a considerate, honest, tidy, responsible person with good social skills. As I work from home, my preference will be a flatmate who works 9am to 5pm. Monday to Friday - but it's not a must! My preference is a vegetarian, again, it's not a must!

DEPOSIT/RENT/REFERENCES: A month's rent is required as a deposit + rent to be paid in advance. There will be a letter of agreement, and you will need to provide two references: one from your current workplace and one from your previous residence.

ABOUT ME: I am an artist and a therapeutic massage therapist, working mostly from home or travelling to where projects take me. I identify as queer.
