Hi, I'm James — a live-in owner working in music and events. I'm fairly outdoorsy and often away for work or short trips, so the flat is generally calm, tidy and low-key. (And no, that's not my dog in the photo 🐶)

The flat is a recently refurbished Victorian conversion on a quiet residential street. It's bright, comfortable and feels like a proper home rather than a busy houseshare.

🌿 THE VIBE

This is a relaxed, respectful home — not a party flat.

We're friendly and easy-going, but everyone has their own routine and generally gets on with their own thing. It's an independent, peaceful setup rather than a highly social houseshare, and that's worked really well for us.

Ideally looking for someone who works outside the home rather than remotely, has a fairly busy lifestyle and wants a comfortable, quiet base to return to at the end of the day.

It's important that everyone feels at home, has their own space and respects each other's privacy.

🗓️ THE ARRANGEMENT

I'm ideally looking for someone who plans to stay for at least six months, preferably longer, rather than someone looking for a short-term stopgap.

The room is offered on a monthly rolling lodger agreement, with one month's notice from either side.
