Double room in 2 bed flat

Hi, I’m Emily! The flat is a 2 bed and I am looking for someone to take the other room.
It’s 240x420cm with a large window. I have a double bed in there but this can be moved out if you don’t want it. I can also provide other furnishings where required.
The flat is ground floor with a large living room, kitchen, shared bathroom, parking, bike shed and a little garden facing the street. No smoking is just for in the house, you obvs can in the garden.
It’s 5 mins to Norwood Junction station where you can get Windrush Overground trains, or mainline into London Bridge.
