Ready for Welcoming Goldsmith’s students… I have a double room with garden door to rent in our home in South Norwood. Furnished with a double bed, and a table in a warm room with garden view . Downstairs bathroom with showers to be shared with one other person.
This is a quiet house and perfect for study. The house is less than 10 minute's walk to Norwood Junction train station to go to Goldsmith university , PhD students are interested in this room in the past for short terms - which is 15 mins from London Bridge. Also, close to Arena(5 min walk) tram stop for a speedy route to Beckenham or Wimbledon or Croydon. Very quiet road with no through traffic. Parking is available on the street.
Full use of kitchen (and all cutlery, pots, equipment, etc)bathroom (shared), and garden. The room is perfect for short term stay .
The location is 2 min from the Arena tram stop and goes all the Croydon, Beckenham Junction, and Elmers End and Wimbledon.

I am looking for somebody professional or student who can hold good space for social, family, holiday and their work life in balance ..
