BRIEF/IDEAL TENANT
I’m quite busy with work and life in general, the flat is a quite haven to come home to and relax in so would appreciate someone who is looking for the same.
As it is very very spacious (4 bedroom, living room, reception room, off 2 main hallways) and has ample space, paths wouldn’t cross too much which makes it ideal for some serious social distancing! (2,400 sq ft).
I’m looking for all the obvious stuff in a tenant-clean, respectful, kind and good natured, quite when indoors, independent lifestyle, non smoking, pays rent on time.
If you would like to socialise, have people back, party at home then this is not the right match, It is a really is a chilled and relaxed haven to come home to.

A very large spacious and high ceilinged 4 bedroom mansion flat on Hereford Road, Notting Hill. The flat is situated on the 1st floor with lift.
-The building is a listed period building
-It’s well equipped with the usual stuff and wifi.
-There is 1 very friendly cat called Elvis. Although he's not usually sitting on furniture/bed's if you're highly allergic this won't be right.
-The flat is only a few minutes walk (3-4minutes) from Notting Hill, Bayswater and Queensway and 10 mins walk from Paddington station so convenient for everywhere- central, circle, district and for getting to the airport or out of town.
-Kensington Gardens is at the top of the road so if you like a morning run you can be from door to door in under 2 mins.
It really is the most ideal location in a beautiful and premium location.
THE AREA
-Just off Westbourne grove-there are multiple, restaurants, coffee shops, launderettes, gyms, cinemas and all amenities in the area.
-7 mins walk from Portobello road so even more amazing places on your doorstep.
A BIT ON ME: Work full time in people development so I'm a 'people person'. Wired happy and have a very positive outlook on life.
A Londoner born and bred so this is home bar a few years working in HK so have an independent and full lifestyle .
Even pre covid isolation, home for me is a peaceful retreat to come back to chill after busy work periods.
Theatre, art, yoga, meditation, seeing friends and family, travel are my outside work activities.
