We have refurbished this wonderful building in the heart of Notting Hill just couple of years ago, and since we have welcomed a group of wonderful young people.

It is spacious and super bright studio room, it has its own kitchen annex with all white goods, large west facing double glazed window, laminate flooring and is fully furnished.
The cost of the rent and bills including cleaner for building communal areas is £1,150.00.
Bills: This price includes all bills (communal electricity and gas up to £20pm, council tax, water, cleaner for communal areas) and excludes TV licence and electricity used in the room.

The building contains 12 studio rooms (3 on each floor) and the offered studio is on the first floor.
On each floor there is a shared bathroom. On this floor the bathroom is shared with two neighbours Winnie and Bibi.

The building is full of character and very modern. It is located 3min walk from famous Portobello, close to great transport links, short stroll from Kensington Gardens and is right in the middle of famous Notting Hill.

We have super fast Virgin Fibre Optic broadband perfect if you are studying or working from home. We also have a laundry room with washing machine and drier.
