Two rooms are available in our beautiful, friendly and peaceful flat in Ladbroke Grove/Holland Park. They are rooms with a 3/4 bed (slightly smaller than a double), wardrobe and shuttered windows, there is also a large storage room. There is a large communal lounge with dining table, two large sofas and a separate kitchen and bathroom.

The existing flatmate is female and is looking for two females preferably, who will respect the flat as she does and keep it feeling like a home.

It's an elegant, 1930’s ex-local authority block in a great location. We're five minutes from the Circle and H&C lines, and a five minute walk from Portobello Road with all its restaurants, bars and cafes, a Tesco Metro and small Sainsbury's. There's a larger Sainsbury's that's easily reachable by bus, Notting Hill is a 15-20 minute walk, and Kensington Palace Gardens the same. Westfield Shepherd's Bush is just 15 minutes by foot and there's a new leisure centre with swimming pool, squash/badminton courts and offering yoga/pilates classes etc. behind the building.

Rent is £1,000 a month including council tax but excluding water, gas, electricity and broadband which come in at approx £75 a month.
