I'm moving to a more expensive room that is bigger so I can have an art studio in it.
Housemates are wonderful kind, polite, clean, funny awesome gems of people.

The flat sits equi-distant from Ladbroke Grove and Westbourne Park tube stations. Golborne road ends on the canal on one end and on Ladbroke Grove Road via Chesterton Road on the other end.
There are delicious coffee and baked goods to be found from independent shops.
The art and antiques second hand Golborne Road market takes place each Friday and Saturday morning, an absolute treasure trove of fun and wonder. Of course the world famous Portobello Road is next door. Sainsbury's and Tesco nearby. A bigger Sainsbury's nearby too and North Kensington Leisure centre and Anytime Fitness Gym - great classes! Also Love Supreme next door have a great yoga and dance programme based on donation payment.
Hyde Park, Acklam Road Skate Park, close to a Santander Bike stop (my preferred mode).

Also excellent restaurants on our road and in the area.

Flat has been very well maintained over the year I've been there.

There are some items I'm taking with me from the room - desk and two grey shelves and mirror. And the drawing from the living room, the rug from the hallway.
The living room rug I got for free from Freecycle so it will stay.
Cleaning is shared by housemates on a weekly basis.

Contract is six-monthly and landlord requires two months notice for moving out.
Next contract renewal is in three months in June.
