We are looking for a wonderful new flatmate in the heart of Notting Hill

The room:
A cute, cosy double that comes furnished with a double bed, small desk, big wardrobe, and a little cabinet. There’s extra storage above the wardrobe too. Additional storage is available in the rest of the house for larger suitcases and bigger items.

House:
You would share the bathroom with a shower with two other flatmates (third has her own bathroom), but there is also a second toilet on the lower level. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and equipment and includes a dishwasher. We also have a separate wonderful dining room that feels like a bonus space.

Housemates:
Would be sharing this lovely house with three lovely gals! Ages 29-38, it is a busy group of professionals who work during the week and enjoy London and traveling on the weekends. Chats in the kitchen are common, outings are occasional. Everyone is really friendly and loves the flat which really is a home for relaxing and unwinding.

• 5–8 mins to Ladbroke Grove (Circle & H&C)
• 15 mins to Holland Park (Central)
• 10 mins to Portobello Market
Plus endless cafés, pubs, restaurants, gyms, and all the Notting Hill charm. I’ve honestly loved living here.

Bills:
Rent for the room is £925 and deposit is £1,010. Bills are split between flatmates and currently about £135 per month + £50per month for a weekly cleaner. Council tax band E
