Bright & Spacious Furnished Double Room – 1 Minute from Latimer Road Station

A large, bright, furnished double room is available from June 14th in our friendly 4-bedroom house, just a 1-minute walk from Latimer Road Station (Hammersmith & City and Circle lines). We’re ideally looking for a long-term tenant.

Shared kitchen fully equipped with dishes, pans, cups, utensils, etc.

Two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bath

Housemates

You’ll be living with three friendly housemates: one woman (half English/Colombian, 27) and two men (Brazilian, 32, and Italian, 30).

Everyone is relaxed, clean, and respectful. We often spend time together, especially on weekends — whether that’s cooking, having a drink, or just chatting after work.

We’re looking for someone friendly, sociable, and tidy who will fit well with the house vibe.

Preferably non-smoker

No pets allowed

£1,075 per month – all bills included

Cleaner: £8.50 per week per person (not included in rent)
