Hey gals,

After having the absolute best year living in this flat, I've decided to spend the summer back home.

I'm looking for someone to take over my room from the beginning of July until the end of August.

The Flat 🏡
The duplex flat is located in Notting Hill and is shared with four other girls, all aged 20–23.

The room is on the top floor, where you'd share a bathroom with just one other girl. There are two bathrooms in total in the flat, plus a kitchen downstairs shared between all five girls.

* Rent: £1,052.50 per month

* Available from early July – end of August
* Fully furnished and ready to move into

Location & Transport 🚇
* 3 minute walk to Latimer Road Station
* Around 30 minutes into Central London
* Great transport links
* Walking distance to lovely cafés, pubs and everything Notting Hill has to offer

The Girls 💫
The girls are honestly what has made this place so special. They're all actresses studying at LAMDA and are such fun and kind people to live with. Whether it's chatting in the kitchen after class or doing your own thing, it's a really lovely atmosphere.

The dates are fairly flexible, so if you're interested but need slightly different move-in or move-out dates, feel free to reach out.
