A lovely studio flat, bright with natural light, on the second floor of a Victorian building, just minutes from Portobello Market. These photos don't do justice at all! The flat is very bright and clean but sadly I don't have any better photos at this time. 

The studio offers a cosy seating area with a sofa, dining area, a small fully equipped kitchenette and plenty of well thought out storage throughout.

There is a platform bed (standard double size) to maximise space. Please note that you cannot stand up in the platform bed area as it is not high enough.

A separate private bathroom (toilet, sink, and shower) across the landing for sole use which also includes a washer/dryer. 

The property has electricity supply only and the water bill is paid twice a year, directly to the Landlord.

The flat is located in the Kensington and Chelsea Borough, so please check online for the council tax rates. 

Just three minutes walk from Portobello Road, which is full of great pubs, coffee shops, independent restaurants and of course, the iconic Portobello market. 

Seconds walk to some lovely cafes and pubs, this really is one of the best locations in London.

The flat is in a fantastic part of London – Hyde Park is walking distance, as is Kensington where you can find the high street for shopping, plenty more restaurants and cafes, as well as the Royal Albert Hall, the V&A Museum, the Natural History Museum and so much more.

If you love shopping, Oxford Street is just a few stops on the tube or 10 minutes on the bus, and you can get to Westfield Shopping Centre in White City in 15 minutes. It is also very easy to access all the major airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted) and train stations - Paddington is a 20 minute walk (or two tube stops), Victoria is four stops away, Kings Cross is seven stops away, and Liverpool Street is 11 stops away!
