A small but cosy room in an amazing location in Notting Hill. The room is definitely on the smaller side, but in a great location and with fun, sociable flatmates.

You’d be sharing with 3 girls in their 30s who are friendly, social and independent. We’re into travelling, live music, bars, good food and generally making the most of London. We're also into health and fitness including hiking, gym and hot girl walks.

The flatmates:
• Steph, Scottish, works partly from home / partly in the office in accounting.
• Casey, Aussie, gym manager is out and about quite a lot
• Annie, Swedish, designer, works from home for herself full time.

It’s a relaxed, sociable flat where everyone has their own lives, but we’re also up for a wine, dinner or pub trip together. We've been living together for a few years now and looking for someone to replace our 4th flatmate who's moving back to Aus.

• Westbourne Grove / Notting Hill right on the doorstep
• Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens & loads of lovely west London spots easily accessible

Portobello Road itself is packed with food stalls, vintage shops, antiques and cafés, with so many amazing spots we haven't even begun to try them all.
