Bedroom in 3 Bed Flat (Notting Hill)

I’m moving out of my room in a lovely 3-bedroom flat in Notting Hill and am looking for someone to take over my lease. The bedroom is spacious and fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, dresser, desk and chair.

The flat has a newly renovated kitchen, two bathrooms and a good range of appliances, including a toaster, kettle and microwave, as well as a large fridge. There is also a washer/dryer combo in the flat. The property is on the ground floor of the building and is located in a great part of Notting Hill, just a 5–8 minute walk from Westbourne Park station.

You would be sharing the flat with two other women, aged 25 and 26. We’re looking for a friendly, considerate and clean female flatmate, ideally in her 20s, who would be a good fit for the existing household.
