Huge Bright Room in Notting Hill

Hi I am moving out of my room in a 3 bed 1 bath flat in Notting Hill at the end of November and looking for someone to replace me!

The flat is about a 8 min walk to ladbroke grove station (hammersmith and circle lines), 10 min walk to holland park station (central line).

There is an option of two rooms:

The first room comes with a king bed, a big wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a couple of nightstands and has its own small private balcony attached as well as a larger shared balcony at the front of the flat.

The second is a smaller room with a double bed but still comes with plenty of shelving, a wardrobe, and a nightstand.

There is also a shared living room with a sitting area and dining table. The kitchen has a washer, dishwasher and a big fridge.

You would be living with two other guys, one a PhD student at Imperial and the other a working professional. Both are in their mid to late 20s and are sociable.

Bills are not included and about 60 gbp on top of the rent every month not including council tax if applicable.
