Portobello Road double bedroom houseshare for one non-smoking person for GBP800 per week including all bills including council tax and wireless broadband available from Tuesday September 21st 2026.

The house is five minutes' walk from Notting Hill Gate station (Central, Circle and District lines) at the south end of Portobello Road between Pembridge Villas and Chepstow Villas.

The house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen / dining room and a reception room. The kitchen is fully equipped; electric oven, gas hob, fridge / freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer. The bathroom has a bath, basin and a separate shower. The available bedroom has a superkingsize bed (linen supplied), a built-in wardrobe, two chests of drawers and a cupboard for hanging clothes. The house interior is clean and tidy. I clean the house weekly.

There is a roof terrace.

I swim very early every morning so would be happy to agree times where I guarantee that the bathroom will be vacant and exclusively available to my housemate.

The asking rent would be GBP500 per week including all bills including wireless broadband.

£2000 deposit.

House rules:

No overnight guests for me or my housemate.
No smoking.

I am a single self-employed professional male, 68, BA, MBA working as a business consultant and outdoor instructor. I do not cook or eat meat but I am perfectly happy for my housemate to do so.
