The bedsit is newly refurbished, decorated and fully furnished. It's suitable for 1 or 2 people, and is located in the heart of Notting Hill, less than 1 minute walk from Portobello Road.

The bedsit includes a private kitchenette, microwave, flat screen TV, washing machine. Wi-fi is complementary, and the property can be furnished, part furnished, or unfurnished.

There is a normal, brand new, double bed.

There is also a large, well maintained private patio for your sole use, which is directly accessible from the bedsit.

All bills, except electricity, are included.

There are no 'hidden' charges, as I am the landlord, and not an agent.

Two showers and two bathrooms are shared with four other people, and the hot water is on demand - meaning that it does not run out.
