A spacious double room is becoming available in our clean, friendly flat on Westbourne Park Villas from the 1st May 2026.
The room is furnished with a Double bed, Large Wardrobes and a desk.

The flat has an Eat-in Kitchen with Washer, Dryer and Dishwasher machines. It has a bathroom with power shower, seperate toilet, good WIFI and also includes a balcony with large shared garden for the Summer months.

Sharing with 3 youngish (30-41yo) professionals a dog and a Cat! We work in Music & Hospitality fields, so we're fairly creative, sociable people who enjoy hanging out, having dinner or a few drinks when nights off line up occasionally! At the same time, we obviously respect each others space and privacy.

Excellent location! 2 mins from Royal Oak, Bayswater and Queensway Stations, aswell as being a stones throw from Hyde Park and Portobello Market. Loads of buzzy places to eat and drink in the area and excellent transport links (Paddington, Queensway Bayswater, Royal Oak & buses).

We sadly wouldn’t be able to consider additional Dogs or Cats as we already have pets who wouldn’t be happy about it. Other pets could be considered.
