Everything you need is here . . excellent wifi, excellent central heating, very comfortable mezzanine bed. One point to mention, the ladder to the mezzanine is steep, so its unsuitable for children or people lacking mobility.

Council tax band B, and all certificates provided. Rent is £2500 pounds sterling inclusive of bills, and lets will be with a 6 month renewable rental contract.
