I’m Francesco, Italian, I’m a young professional and I recently completed my MSc at LSE.

I’m moving out from September for a traineeship of 6 months abroad and I’m looking for someone friendly, clean, social and open-minded to rent my room.

The flat is in a great area - very safe, super connected and full of cafes, pubs, good restaurants, 3 supermarkets just downstairs, and shops of every kind.

Underground station is 1 minute walking from the flat, with Central, District and Circle line. Liverpool Street is connected with the Central Line, Victoria Station with the Circle.

The room is bright, fully furnished, with a double bed, a desk, a spacious wardrobe and a stunning view over London’s skyline from the 11th floor.

Genuine, relaxed, very clean and friendly - but not a party house. Occasional shared meals, and the freedom to do your own things. You’ll have your space, but you’re not living with ghosts. However, due to our different timetables, it’s pretty uncommon that the three of us are in the flat at the same time. So you’re basically sharing the flat with another flatmate, and just occasionally with both.

The living room is bright, with separate kitchen and balcony. The bathroom is shared with only one flatmate. We’re all young and skilled professionals.

You’re a short walk from Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and Holland Park - ideal for morning runs or reading under the trees. On weekends, Portobello Road comes alive with market stalls, music, and street food. Quiet, but safe and full of life. One of the best areas in London.

I’m renting for a minimum of 7 months, but with the possibility to extend to 9-10 months.

£1450 with Council Tax included. 1-month deposit.
