We are two ladies living in a lovely and bright flat. We're looking for another housemate, preferably a student to join our household in April 2026. We have a very spacious comfortable room to offer available for 3-6 months. Our flat is on the top floor of a 7 floor block located in Notting Hill Gate, Portobello Road, a very lovely and attractive area with easy access to a variety of stores and supermarkets, coffee shops and bars, and last but not least access to the famous Portobello Market. 10 minutes walk from Notting Hill Gate or Ladbroke Grove tube stations and 2 min walk from local bus stops. The rent is £950 a month including all the bills.
If you're interested, here are some conditions to bear in mind:

-You have to be a non-smoker.
-To be ok with cats and not allergic
-Visitors cannot stay overnight.
