We’re looking for someone to take over the lease of our lovely 2-bedroom house in Nunhead.

Sadly, we’re leaving because my flatmate is relocating to Italy and I’ll be moving in with my partner — otherwise, we would honestly never give this place up. It’s been a real little piece of paradise for us.

The house is bright, welcoming, and very well laid out, with great natural light throughout the rooms. There’s a spacious living room, a separate fully fitted kitchen with plenty of storage, and a modern bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. One of the bedrooms also has access to a small additional room, perfect as a home office or extra storage.

One of the best things about the house is the private garden — it’s amazing in spring and summer for getting some sun, relaxing, having a BBQ, or hosting friends.

The neighbourhood is super quiet and residential, with really lovely neighbours, yet you’re still close to everything. Ivy House pub is just around the corner, and Brockley and Honor Oak stations are both about a 15-minute walk away, making it very easy to get into Central London. There are also great local shops, cafés, and green spaces nearby.

The property will be available to move in from 17th February. The new tenants will need to pass referencing and complete the full application process through the agency, as this is a lease takeover.
