Hi future flatmate 👋

I’m looking for a professional seeking a part-time stay or short let in my cosy, clean and welcoming flat in Nunhead, Peckham — ideal if you commute into London and want a relaxed, home-away-from-home in a great neighbourhood.

The flat

Fully furnished throughout, with a decent-sized bedroom featuring a king-size bed and wardrobe. The flat is warm with all bills included, and has an open-plan kitchen, living and dining space with a big TV — perfect for unwinding after work. There’s one bathroom (worth flagging!), and it’s a non-smoking flat (smoking outside is absolutely fine). I’m looking for someone clean and respectful, as the flat is well looked after.

Location & transport

Overlooking a lovely little green, the flat is on a street with great local spots including a fishmonger, greengrocer and several excellent pubs and bars. Peckham’s vibrant food and pub scene is just a short stroll away. Nunhead station is a 5-minute walk, Peckham Rye Overground 15 minutes, with easy links to London Bridge, Victoria, King’s Cross St Pancras and Clapham Junction.

About me

I’m a professional Polish-Londoner working as Head of People for a well-known restaurant group (we’ll keep it anonymous for now!).. Unsurprisingly, good food and wine are my passions — I love to cook and am always happy to share a meal or a post-work glass of wine and good chat. I’ve lived here for five years and know all the best local gems … which Im more than happy to share. I’m usually in the office or on site, with the occasional WFH day.
