The room is fully furnished with a bed and wardrobe, and you’ll also have access to all the essentials in the house including kitchenware, so you can settle in easily.

The house itself has been finished to a high standard, so everything feels clean, modern and looked after. There’s a spacious kitchen with plenty of storage, along with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Water softener.

At the back, there’s a private garden with a picnic bench — great for a bit of fresh air when the weather’s good.

With two bathrooms and three toilets, the house works really well for sharing and avoids the usual morning queues.

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat - 2 train station’s Nunhead and Queens Road Peckham both stations are just a short 5–6 minute walk, and you’ve got plenty of local shops, cafés and bars nearby.

All bills are included (utilities, council tax, fast Wi-Fi, and even a weekly cleaner), so everything is straightforward.

The house is professionally managed, so if anything needs sorting, it gets dealt with quickly.
