About the flat

The flat is lovely and bright, consisting of an open-plan living room/kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom and great storage. I’ve lived here for over 5 years! There is a communal patio garden and a private parking space (I don’t have a car, so it's yours to use).

The available bedroom (3.8 m × 2.9 m) is unfurnished, apart from a bookcase. If you’d prefer it furnished I’m happy to discuss options.

About me

I work full time as a Visitor Engagement & Ops Manager at an art gallery and have lived in SE London for 18 years. I love music, art and nature. I make art when I can, grow veg on my allotment and enjoy yoga, running, swimming, cycling. A perfect day off is cycling to an exhibition, the sauna, a gig or the theatre. I’m a social person and out quite a bit, but when I’m at home I like it to be a space to relax.

What I’m looking for

I’m looking for a respectful female flatmate who will treat the flat like their own and has an independent life.

- Cleanliness & chores: Clean, tidy, and respectful. You do your washing up and are happy to share flat cleaning responsibilities.

- Work routine: I’m seeking someone who works out of the home full-time. I like to keep the living room completely work-free.

- Sharing & socialising: I’d love to share basic store cupboard essentials if you’re up for that. It’d be nice to occasionally cook together or watch a film (my projector is great for film nights - sorry I don’t have a tv!).

- Guests & lifestyle: Home is a relaxing space for me, so no party animals please. However, I do love hosting friends for dinner and my boyfriend stays over sometimes - I want you to feel comfortable doing the same.

The flat is on a quiet residential road backing onto the Stuart Road Allotments. Nunhead Cemetery and Peckham Rye Park are just a 2 min walk away.
