Huge shared kitchen/living room space and garden with roof terrace (aka garage roof). Less than 15 minute walk to both Brockley and Honor Oak Park Overground stations (Windrush Line) as well as Crofton Park for Thameslink. Bus 2mins walk takes you to Peckham, East Dulwich, Camberwell and Lewisham

Beautiful big room with high ceiling, bay window and original fireplace. Situated on ground floor close to downstairs toilet, with full bathroom on the first floor.

Bedroom comes with double bed, hanging clothes rail, chest of drawers, mantle mirror and shoe storage box. Rest of house is fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen!

You would be living with five friendly housemates, in their late twenties and above, and Momo the cat.

We are a creative bunch who like to hang out and chill together but also respectful of each others privacy. We enjoy watching films together and BBQs in the summer.

Please note, one housemate occasionally smokes in the living area in evening, but with windows open and doors to the rest of the house closed to minimise the impact on other housemates.
