Hi all, me and my housemate Thom are looking for a new housemate.

I'm Arjun. I'm 35 and currently work in social care, having left teaching recently after 7 years. I wfh about 2 days a week, sometimes more. Hobbies and stuff I'm into: I love cooking and eating out, reading, film and cinema, music (gigs, events, records, trying to dj), photography, walks, camping, festivals, pubs - basically the usual that every single person in London is into.

Thom - 32, working in the wine industry (not as fun as it sounds) & restaurants, but looking to transition into more daytime work... Love a good swim or run, cooking up some kind of sauce & watching an occasional game of football when I get the time.

Ideally we're for someone around 30-40 years old and who has a similar mindset. Keep the house a chill place - friends round etc is absolutely cool, just not wanting it to be a full on party house. Like to keep the place clean and tidy too. Also being dog friendly helps - I sometimes dog sit for a friend or have my sisters dog over.

Any gender is fine, we aren't looking for anyone in particular. This is a left wing household so welcoming to everyone. No tories or right wing nonsense.

The room is an ensuite and comes with build in wardrobes too. Its completely unfurnished so you'll need your own bed etc. The house is owned by a housing association so they will do an official reference etc.
