Large room in beautiful Nunhead home!

Hello!

We are Charlotte, Malou, Will and Georgie looking for a fifth housemate to join our lovely home.

We are looking for a silly, kind, clean individual who's keen to fit in with our little community. We like to have occassional house dinners together, share communal food (oil, milk, butter etc - just the basics), and have laughs and tele time together. We also love to be cosy in our own rooms and respect everyone's alone time whenever needed. There is zero pressure in this house! We love fun but we are absolutely not an afters house, this is our safe haven but we definitely party elsewhere.

About the house:
Nice big, well kept house in a prime location in Nunhead.
It features 5 bedrooms, a shared living room and kitchen, 2 bathrooms (including toilets), a back garden with a big shed for storage and potential for an extra hang zone.
It's a 6 minute walk to Nunhead Station, with links to Victoria, Kings Cross etc. And a 10 minute walk to Queens Road Peckham, a 15 min train to London Bridge and access to the Overground.

About the room:
Gorgeous big double room on the ground floor, road side.
2 huge windows and loads of natural light.
Wooden floors and original features including a huge, stunning marble fireplace!
You will be sharing the bathroom with 1 other, downstairs.

About us:
Georgie (she/her) - 30 - Gardener and all round adorable spirit amongst the home. Loves night time sillies and getting the zoomies before bed, and will let her curls down at the occasional rave.

Char (she/her) - 30, Australian - but you don't have to worry about it. Works in music, loves a good gossip and a glass of wine. (Low key the chardonnay mum of the house, but that comes with a nurturing spirit).

Will (he/him) - 27 - Currently a postie but insists it's just character research for his next hit film. Loves long walks on the beach and looking at the stars!!!

Malou (she/her) - 26 - Gorgeous little french fairy who loves to craft, create and sometimes bake bread (she's working on it). Works as a set designer, loves a dance and is currently curing her conkers ready for the SE conker tournament.

Imogen (they/them) - Our beloved BBQ <3
