We’re looking for a new flatmate to move into our lovely home in Nunhead from around mid-September onwards, as one of us is moving on to pastures new.

We’re hoping to find someone who is friendly, chatty and sociable – this can be someone who’d be up for a spontaneous post-work pint, a midweek dinner (we love cooking!) or getting far too invested in a new TV series together. We’d love the flat to be somewhere that feels sociable and homey, rather than just a place where we happen to share a kitchen.

That said, definitely not expecting a 24/7 social butterfly! We are quite independent too, with our own hobbies and lives outside the flat. So if you’re someone who enjoys a cosy night in but is also up for getting out and doing things, meeting new people and occasionally saying “shall we just have a quick one?” on a Tuesday night, we’ll probably get on very well.

You’ll be living with Riley (F29) so we’re ideally looking for someone in their mid/late twenties to early thirties, working full-time and not a student. A fairly normal 9–5-ish schedule or going into the office some days would be great too, mainly so we’re not permanently under each other’s feet during the week!

Cleanliness is also important – someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces would be perfect.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone genuinely nice, easy-going and considerate who wants to make the flat feel like a home. If that sounds like you, send us a message and tell us a bit about yourself!

Rent: £1,000 per month (fixed rate until the end of tenancy in 2027)

Location:
- The flat is just off Nunhead high street, close to three great pubs (as well as Skeehans if you’re into karaoke)
- The area has a very village feel, with a grocers, fishmongers, butchers and bakery alongside some great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance
- We’re also about a 20 min walk from East Dulwich/Lordship Lane
- The flat has a balcony and shared garden space
