Hey 👋🏽 I’m moving out of my lovely flat after a great 4.5 years here, and I’m looking for somebody to take my room.
You’d be living with my friend, who has been amazing to live with. She’s 28, works 3 days per week in central London, and is social. We’ve always done our own thing, but enjoy having dinner together, watching TV and going to the pub.
The flat is super cosy, and gets a lot of natural light. There’s lots of nice pubs and green space around the area too.
📍Nunhead, SE London, super easy commute to central with the train station close and Queens Road Peckham not being far either.
📆 Looking for someone to move in mid-November but can be flexible!
🏡 Rent is £980pcm + bills (around £150 - £200 depending on the time of year)
