Beautiful 2-bed home with huge garden in Nunhead

Heya❣️ I’m looking for a lovely new housemate to move into my two-bedroom home in Nunhead / Peckham from 29 November.

The flat is gorgeous with loads of character, and much more spacious than your typical London two-bed.

We have a big living room, large kitchen, separate dining room and a huge private garden, complete with a shed and pond! It’s a really lovely home rather than just a functional houseshare, and in summer the garden is amazing for BBQs, dinners and having a few friends over.

Rent is £1,100 per month, excluding bills.

Location-wise, we’re really well placed for both Nunhead and Peckham. The closest stations are Nunhead and Queens Road Peckham Overground, so it’s easy to get into central London while still having all the good pubs, restaurants, cafés, shops and parks of SE London nearby.

House is non-smoking but ofc can smoke in the garden! We also have a semi-private front drive if you have a car/need parking.

Who I’m looking for:

Ideally someone around 29–40, professional and in a similar stage of life, I work Monday-Friday 9-5pm and work from home some days a week.

I’d love to live with someone who is kind, clean, considerate, sociable and easygoing. Someone with their own life and friends but who is also up for actually knowing the person they live with and to have fun living together! Creative/cultural types very welcome 💕

The vibe at home is social but definitely not a party flat. It’s nice to feel calm and comfortable during the week, but it would be lovely to occasionally have friends round for dinner, drinks, a little weekend gathering or BBQs in the garden when the weather behaves.

I’m looking for somebody who naturally treats a shared home with care, cleans up after themselves, communicates well and wants the place to feel nice for both of us.
