Canal front warehouse room with walk-in wardrobe!

We’re looking for a new friendly flatmate to take a large double room available in our small 1st floor canal front warehouse in Hackney Wick!
Available from the 6th of April, fully furnished as per images but happy to remove anything you don’t need. 😊

All bills and wifi included in the price.
The room has a walk in wardrobe, space for a sofa and TV so it’s like a studio space within the house.

There are 3 bedrooms in total and you will be living with 2 couples. We’re a strictly non smoking house and definitely not a party one.
We are respectful, clean and have a no noise or guests in the common areas after 12am rule.
We have a large kitchen and shared living room with a huge projector for movie nights, a separate WC and shower room.

Just know we have an event space above us that hosts parties, weddings, etc and can be loud until 1am Fridays & Saturdays. 🎉

There is a cat already in the house so we hope you like animals!
