1 Room available in Hackney Wick warehouse

We have 1 room available ASAP in our warehouse in Hackney Wick, 10 minutes walk from the station. The room is on the top mezzanine floor and has a skylight.
Rent is £900 a month + 1 month deposit
3 months minimun stay and after that Its a one month rolling contract.
Bills included

There is 14 rooms total and we all work in different fields, including art, music, photography and other creative or independent jobs.

The house has 5 WCs and 4 showers, plus spacious shared living areas as well an outdoor seating area.

We’re sociable and enjoy the occasional small gathering, but note that this is not a party house.

Everyone in the house has different schedules, with some people home more often than others, but we’re looking for someone between 23-35 years considerate, clean and easygoing, who’s happy living in a shared house and respects communal spaces.

Note that we are not looking for couples atm.
