📍Located in Hackney Wick Warehouse area (Fish Island), 10min walking to Hackney Wick Station, 10min to Pudding Mill Lane (DLR), 20min walk to Westfield Stratford
🚲We also have our own bike rack right by the house
 
💷Rent: £680pm, including bills for gas etc. + an extra £5 monthly for the kitty for cleaning stuff, loo rolletc. Deposit is one month’s rent! House comes with a communal kitchen, including microwave, airfyer, kettle, washing machine, big fridge which you will be sharing with one person only, food storage space
🪜Accessibility: the house is on the ground floor and there are two steps to enter the house. Kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor and the room itself is located on the ground floor, not accessible with a wheel chair
🛏️The room is unfurnished, space enough for a double bed, table, wardrobe etc and has a window door into our private yard. The current flatmate will sell some of her furniture if you need a bed etc.
 
🐈No pets are accepted as we already have a very friendly cuddly cat

Our household takes pride in keeping things tidy and creating a warm, homey atmosphere that everyone can equally enjoy. We’re a social bunch who enjoy spending time together in the communal area — whether that’s having a chat in the living room or catching up over a meal.
