Double room available in lovely house by Victoria Park – early July move-in

I'm moving out of a great house share and looking for someone to take over my room from early July.

The house is just a few minutes from Victoria Park and has a garden that's genuinely one of its best features once the weather is nice. It's a relaxed, friendly place to live and has felt very much like home.

You'll be living with Sati and Serj, a couple, and Nate. They're all full-time professionals, easy-going, and great people to live with. Everyone has their own lives and routines, but there's always time for a chat in the kitchen and the occasional drink or meal together. It's a sociable house without being a party house.

The location is hard to beat. Victoria Park is on the doorstep, and Roman Road is a short walk away with loads of great shops, cafés and a market twice a week. There are also excellent transport links nearby, making it easy to get around London.

We're looking for someone who's friendly, tidy, and looking for a home rather than just a room.
