I’m looking for someone to rent one of the bedrooms in this bright and spacious two bedroom flat in E3. You’ll be sharing the flat with just one other flatmate, making it a relaxed and comfortable home rather than a busy house share.

The flat is located in the heart of Roman Road Market, just a short walk from Victoria Park. The area has plenty of local shops, cafés and amenities nearby, with good transport links into the rest of London. Victoria Park is also close by, making it a great spot if you enjoy having green space nearby.

The flat is on the second floor of a quiet residential block, with stairs only. It is fully unfurnished and has two well sized bedrooms, a spacious living room and a modern kitchen with a fridge and washing machine.

The room is £880 per month, excluding bills. Council tax is Band C, with electricity, gas, water and WiFi to be paid separately.

I’m looking for someone who will enjoy a clean, respectful and relaxed home. Young professionals and students are welcome, and the household is LGBTQ+ friendly. Ideally looking for someone aged 30 or under.
