Weekday Let with Panoramic Views!

I'm looking for someone to rent the spare room in my open-plan and spacious flat, with a large kitchen/diner/living area and private balcony area. We have our own floor (and no one either side) - the views across London are amazing with windows on all sides - and everyone says it has a really good atmosphere, which is humbling to hear.

Includes All mod cons, inc washing/utility room and dish washer, and unlimited wifi. The bedroom is a good sized double with a king size bed, wardrobe, desk and storage space, with views over London (desk now free from previous items!).

I'm a self-employed Creative Director looking for someone friendly, considerate and tidy. I work from home, but of course you are free to come and go as you like!

We're next door to both Victoria Park and the Olympic Park, and close to the cafes and bars of the Wick, Roman Road and Vicky Park village, and 10-15 min walk to 5 tube lines (District, H&City, Central, DLR, Overground) and with quick connections to Elizabeth Line (at Stratford) and St Pancras International/Eurostar (via Stratford International).

Bills included, apart from potentially a small extra for electricity during the winter months dependent on amount of days in the flat, happy to discuss.

Please note this is a WEEKDAY/OCCASIONAL LET. Cost negotiable if you need to be here much less (1-2 days). Respectfully, I can’t respond to enquiries that don’t match this need and those listed under flatmate criteria. Thank you.
