Bright Double Room in Friendly Top-Floor Flat

Hi! We're looking for a new flatmate to join our flat, available 14th September, as our friend is moving out to live with his partner. We're two friendly young professionals who enjoy a good balance of socialising and having our own space. We'll often chat in the evenings, watch TV or head to the pub, but we also respect each other's privacy and busy schedules. We keep the flat clean and tidy and are looking for someone who's easy-going, considerate, and wants to live in a home with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere rather than just somewhere to rent. The flat is a 3 bed modern top-floor flat located on Old Kent Road, offering fantastic views of the London skyline and excellent bus routes. The flat is bright throughout and has a welcoming open-plan kitchen and living area, making it a great place to relax or work from home.

The available room is a good sized double with Bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers provided and you'll be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

You'll be living with Callum(26) and Michael(27).

I (Michael) work for a fintech based in Liverpool Street and i'm in the office 2 days a week. Outside of work I'm really in to my running, although last year completed my first and last triathlon, beyond that I enjoy trying new restaurants and bakeries/coffee spots. Recommendations are always appreciated.

Callum works remotely in pensions for a bristol based company. Outside of work he enjoys gaming and is passionate about music, cooking and food. He's also always up for a board game or a pint.
