Looking for a single professional (no couples, sorry!)

We have one very friendly very tiny little dog.

There is Wifi throughout.

Furnished Room:
It has a King Size Divan Bed with storage draws underneath.

There is ample storage with a double wardrobe, chest of draws, multiple bookcases with additional draws and cupboards and a TV Stand with draws.

It also has a large desk (with built in draw) and an office chair for those who want to work, study or craft at home. As well as a comfy armchair for additional seating.

Bedroom is located on the uppermost floor (2nd). With a bathroom with Bath on that floor. Two rooms on that floor but only one is rented out, the other is for use by my personal guests, which doesn't happen that often, so the bathroom can sometimes be shared.

We have a washing machine and tumble dryer.

All bills and council Tax are £160.

Wormwood Scrubs Park is just a 7min walk away.

Our household is very chill, pretty quiet, no parties, except for BBQ's in the summer which is always a must. I want someone who wants to live somewhere that will feel like a home and a quiet place to escape to after the busy London life.

The house does have a live in landlord, (me).

- Willesden Junction (Bakerloo & Overground) - 15 min walk

Parking Permits available through Ealing Council website with plenty of street parking available.
