Friendly room in Waldegrave Point, NW10

Hi! I’m Carmen, a QA engineer, home 2-3 days a week, so I’m around but definitely not the type to hover or need constant chats. Originally from Honduras, in the UK since 2011. Outside of work I’m usually training: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (I compete, currently brown belt) and Judo, plus cycling around and keeping half an eye on Chelsea (and my questionable Fantasy Premier League team, if anyone wants to feel superior to me about football).

My current flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over his room and join me and Frida, my beagle. She’s an absolute sweetheart, great temperament, loves people, and will probably be your biggest fan within five minutes. If you’ve got a pup too, more than welcome, just needs to be spayed/neutered and good around other dogs.

I’m hoping to find someone who’s naturally tidy, easy-going, and considerate about noise, the usual good-flatmate stuff. I love a good chat and hanging out when the timing’s right, but I’m also very happy pottering around on my own, so there’s no pressure either way, just looking for someone chilled who respects the space and communicates well.

It’s a lovely, well-managed building (Folio), modern flat, great transport links. Happy to jump on a call first if that’s easier before meeting in person, feel free to ask me anything!
